Zankoeva Balym Mukhamedzhanovna was born in 1977, in Kazakhstan region, graduated with a degree in "Petroleum and Equipment of Chemical Plants and Construction Materials Enterprises", "Chemical Engineering of Natural Energy Sources and Carbon Materials".

Has years of experience holding position in places such as the process unit operator to the First Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer, position of the Head of the Refinery Operations Improvement Department in the Refining Directorate. On February 26, 2020 the extraordinary general meeting of Kazanatoil LLP shareholders elected Bahyt Bahytuly as the Refinery General Director.
